How do I login for restricted tenders or restricted procedure steps?
If you were invited to participate in a restricted tender or to a restricted procedure step, the invitation contained access data. You can enter these under Restricted Tenders. After clicking "Log in" you will see the tender and can perform according actions (e.g. download the tender documents) using the icons explained in the legend.
How do I register to submit offers, participation requests, or post requested documents?
In order to be able to submit an offer, a participation request or additional documents, you must first log in using the profile icon. The profile icon is usually one of the icons at the top right of the tenderer platform.
Click on the profile icon to open the login page for your profile. If you have already registered before, you can log in directly with the access data you have chosen yourself.
If you are not registered yet, you can access the registration page by clicking on "Not registered yet?".
How do I register?
Click on the profile icon and the login page will appear.
The profile icon is usually one of the icons in the upper right corner of the tenderer platform. There you will find the link "Not registered yet?". Clicking on this link opens the registration page.
Here you have to fill in at least all mandatory fields and need to click on "Register" at the end.
An email will then be sent to you containing a confirmation link.
You have to click on the confirmation link or enter it into the address line of the browser. After that you can log in by clicking on the profile icon.
Why are there two different types of logins?
Since the tenderer platform contains both public and tenders or restricted tenders or procedure steps that are only accessible to a certain group of participants, there are two different logins:
Registration for restricted access tenders or procedure steps (e.g. to download award documents of these tenders) and
Logging in for your own profile (e.g. to submit an offer, participation request or post requested documents).
Examples:
For example, if you want to view a restricted tender or procedure step, you must log in for 1.
If you want to submit an offer, you must register for 2.
If you want to submit an offer for a restricted tender, you must register for 1. AND for 2.
How do prepare the submission of an offer, a participation request or the post requested documents?
Please make sure BEFORE starting the submission that
You are already registered on the tenderer platform and have confirmed the registration. You confirm your registration by clicking on the confirmation link or by entering it in your browser. The confirmation link will be sent to you after the registration.
You have collected all the documents to be uploaded in one place on your storage medium (e.g. hard disk) and know where the folder is located.
You know the names and e-mail addresses of the contacts of your company for the offer
What sizes may my offer documents have?
A single document may not exceed 10 MB MB in size. The entire offer including all documents may be a maximum of 200 MB in size.
How much time do I have for the submission?
After you click on e.g. "Start offer submission", you will have 120 minutes to finish the submission.
Which browsers may I use for the submission of offers, participation requests or post requested documents?
Currently the latest versions of "Chrome", "Firefox" and "Edge" are supported. All others, expecially the Internet Explorer, is not supported.
